Hard-Fi – Can’t Get Along (without You) (video + testo)

Arriva nelle radio il secondo singolo del Gruppo Indie Inglese Hard-Fi, dopo il discreto successo Suburban Knights. Si tratta di Can’t Get ALong(Without You),una canzone con una lunga storia. Infatti il brano è stato scritto ai tempi in cui la band si chiamava Contempo e doveva essere inserita nell’album Stars of CCTV ma visto che il suono della canzone spazia tra r&b e Soul, il leader del gruppo”Richard Archer” non ha trovato opportuno aggiungerla nel precedente lavoro cosa che invece non è avvenuta per questo secondo album. La canzone parla di un uomo che si sente distrutto dopo aver lasciato la donna che ama,in un primo momento pensa che sia giusto cosi ma è ovvio che non lo è.

Perciò cerca in tutti modi di trovare una soluzione per riconquistarla, il cantante ci tiene a precisare che il testo è un pò autobiografico e si riferisce a un qualcosa di simile che gli è accaduto in passato!Video abbastanza banale è pensare che i video di Cash Machine e Suburban Knights sono fatti propio bene questo non mi piace granche,non capisco cosa centri con la canzone!Be in conclusione la canzone è carina sa di anni 70 potrebbe avere successo,in italia non penso ma Uk o nel resto dell’europa si.
