Serj Tankian ha davanti alle spelle una carriera lunga un decennio suonando e cantando insieme ai System Of Down,adesso all’età di 40 anni ha deciso di pubblicare il suo primo album solista dal titolo “Elect the Dead“. Nel suo nuovo disco suona la maggior parte degli strumenti ma allo stesso tempo si è fatto aiutare dagli altri componenti dei System, inoltre il cantante ha deciso che farà uscire un video per ogni canzone contenuta nel cd una cosa al quanto originale!
Il primo singolo estratto dal suo album da solista è “Empty Walls“un pezzo rock energico,in poche parole questo disco non si discosta tantissimo dai i lavori precedenti con i S.O.A.D perciò se siete fans del gruppo non può mancare alla vostra collezione questo album.Nel video, Tankian impersona un particolare “animatore” che, in una classe d’asilo ricolma di scatenati frugoletti, accompagna l’esibizione di costoro, impegnati a simulare, con una certa partecipazione, una guerra, sfoderando un arsenale di armi giocattolo da fare invidia a Rumsfeld e spendendo ogni stilla di energia in energici, ancorché incruenti, corpo a corpo.Vi lascio… al video cosa ne pensate?…commentate…
