Tick Tick Boom è il primo singolo del nuovo album del gruppo svedese The Hives dal Titolo ” The Black and White Album“,quarto cd per la band che è uscito da pochi giorni ed avuto critiche veramente molto buone. Inoltre il gruppo ha anche lavorato con timbaland per il suo album “Shock value“.
Tornando a parlare del primo singolo, è un brano pop/rock fatti urli e chitarre con sonorità anni 90 e tutto ciò ha fatto modo che la canzone diventasse il nuovo inno della Nike per i suoi sponsor!. Be indubbiamente lo stile della band ricorda moltissimo quello dei Franz Ferdinand e dei The killers, perciò per chi ama già questi due gruppi non può certo perdersi i THe Hives!Il video invece è semplicemente geniale,ambientato in un museo vede dei giganti combinarne di tutti colori fino alla distruzione dello stesso museo. Il video in realtà esiste in due versioni la prima è quello di cui vi ho già parlato ed è stato girato a Stoccolma e diretto da Kalle Haglund, invece la seconda versione non è altro che il promo della nike….io vi lascio al video(1° versione)….cosa ne pensate di questa band?…
